Many of the facilities at the Covey Center for the Arts are available for rent, including

• 3 Meeting Rooms

All rental space is subject to availability.

Basic Rates

Performance Hall, 6-hour rental: $850 commercial/$600 non-commercial
Performance Hall, half-day rental: $1,100 commercial/$850 non-commercial
Performance Hall, full-day rental: $1,600 commercial/$1,100 non-commercial
Performance Hall, full week rental: $9,000 commercial/$5,000 non-commercial

Meeting Room Rental: $40/hour

Security fee: $15 per hour, if required.
Set-up fee: $12 per hour, if required.

To rent Covey Center for the Arts facilities:

2. You'll receive notification of approval or denial of your request within three business days.
3. If an event is approved, a contract meeting will be scheduled and a deposit will be paid to reserve the needed dates.
   
   

NOTE:
The Covey Center Performance Hall is 98% booked for the 2012-2013 performance year. However, we occasionally do have cancellations. The Studios and the Brinton Theater are a little more available, especially during the summer months.
