Many of the facilities at the Covey Center for the Arts are available for rent, including

• Performance Hall (for available dates, see calendars below)
• Dance Studio One
• Dance Studio Two
• Dance Studio Three
• Brinton Black Box Theatre
• Boardroom

We also rent space, including the public areas and the stage, for photography sessions.

Basic Rates

Performance Hall, 6-hour rental: $850 commercial/$600 non-commercial
Performance Hall, half-day rental: $1,100 commercial/$850 non-commercial
Performance Hall, full-day rental: $1,600 commercial/$1,100 non-commercial
Performance Hall, full week rental: $9,000 commercial/$5,000 non-commercial

Studio, Black Box or Boardroom Rental: $35/hour

To rent Covey Center for the Arts facilities:

2. You'll receive notification of approval or denial of your request within three business days.
3. If an event is approved, a contract meeting will be scheduled and a deposit will be paid to reserve the needed dates.
